1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to process your digital subscription orders and secure your account. This includes your email address (for login and delivery notification), payment reference token (received from SSLCommerz or bKash), and transaction history. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to authenticate your sessions, fulfill your digital subscription upgrades, automate license key delivery, and manage support tickets. We also use email addresses to send transactions receipts and system alerts.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with verified payment networks (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Visa/Mastercard networks) to validate transactions, and with secure infrastructure nodes like Supabase for session authorization.
4. Data Security and RLS Protection
All account logs are isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). This mathematically guarantees that your private tokens and purchase records cannot be queried or accessed by other users. All communication is encrypted under TLS 1.3 protocol.
5. Your Rights and Deletion Requests
You retain full ownership of your data. You can access your complete audit trail and transaction log from the customer dashboard. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records at any time by creating a ticket or emailing support@axionyx.com.
