User Operating Agreements
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a credentials session or purchasing digital subscriptions through AXIONYX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these parameters, you may not access our automated upgrade routing systems.
2. Provision of Subscriptions
AXIONYX acts as a digital distribution network, routing license keys, family invitations, and profile allocations. Delivery of personal subscriptions is guaranteed within 5 to 15 minutes under standard SLA. We reserve the right to audit and terminate access nodes if unauthorized subscription reselling or bulk token scraping is detected.
3. Payments and Billing
All transactions are secured and processed using SSLCommerz local gateways. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and US Dollars (USD). You agree to provide valid billing information. Any unauthorized chargeback disputes or payment routing bypass will result in immediate session revocation and permanent account locking.
4. Limitations of Liability
AXIONYX is not liable for third-party subscription policy updates (e.g. Netflix household restrictions, Spotify region checks, OpenAI API pricing modifications). We commit to resolving updates via alternative invitations or backups as described in our Refund Policy, but do not guarantee perpetual software lifetime beyond their billing cycles.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.
