1. 1-Hour Delivery Guarantee

We commit to delivering your active subscription credentials or upgrade invitations within 1 hour. If we experience routing delays and fail to deliver the services within 1 hour from payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

2. Active Digital Credentials

Due to the nature of digital keys, active links, and subscription accounts, refunds cannot be processed once the invitation has been accepted, the license node activated, or shared credentials successfully accessed. We verify activation statistics before confirming receipt.

3. Service Disruptions and Alternative Fulfillments

If a delivered subscription premium drops or gets disrupted during the active billing period (e.g. Netflix profile credentials reset, Spotify family account block), our support team will provide a replacement node/invitation within 24 hours. If we are unable to resolve the premium access within 48 hours, we issue a pro-rata refund based on the remaining days of your cycle.

4. Wallet Balance Refunds

Refunds for failed orders can be returned to your AXIONYX account wallet balance immediately (which can be used for future purchases), or returned directly to your original payment account (bKash, Nagad, or credit card) via SSLCommerz gateway within 3 to 5 business days.
